Diablo 3 Auction House Error of 31062-Bid limit 2 Billion Gold

[Diablo 3 Guide]Recently, we have received the order about our Auction House assistance service which requires us to bid the legendary items in Diablo 3 AH within 24 hours. As you can see, this Natalya’s Reflection is the ideal items.

According to the detailed information which provided by players, we input the attributes in the searching blanket. To find this item is easy and quickly. Meanwhile, we notice the left time is enough for us to bid it with the least money. Of course, we have special ways to try the best to reduce the cost for our players.

The bid price of this ring is 2,000,000,000 Diablo 3 gold now, after I click the button of Bid there is a window prompt the Max Bid is 2,100,000,000. Then, after I continue to click the Bid that display Bid failed and Error 31062. In the end, there is nobody can bid this ring in the Auction House.

We supposed that most of players would experience this situation. Due to the maximum bid (and buyout) price that the GAH allows is 2,000,000,000G, we can not bid this item for you. There is no doubt that is the bug in Diablo 3 Auction House, and Blizzard community manager have found this issue. We hope this problem would fix as soon as possible as well as remind the players who want to sell the items over 2 Billion gold you’ better tag the Buyout Price to ensure items would be sold out.

We are so sorry can’ meet your demand to bid item like this one. Our customer service staff has sent e-mail to our clients explain the GAH Error 31062. Hoping to get you understanding and does not affect our long-term cooperation.
