This build gave up using Seize the Initiative as passive because the value was reduced to 30% in the expansion. You can use it to farm T1 & T2 efficiently with 3 teammates. Seize the Initiative is necessary to improve survive chance if you want to challenge T3 with poor internet.

Too keep enough spirit in battles, the items below are required.
Shoulders: Health globes restore 20% of your primary resource. Your teammates pickup have this effect too.
Gloves: Lasts shrine effects for 10min.
Helm: Resource costs are reduced by 30% after not taking damage for 5 sec.

Other items like the damage increase belt below. As long as you open chests in a short time, the damage would be awesome. To add primary properties and get high dps, Monk Lightning Set pants and boots are nice choice.
